Global warming has become an issue that no one can ignore any longer. So when I was entrusted to illustrate a magazine spread about simple steps that we could take to reduce our carbon footprints, I chose to do an elaborate illustration that could speak well about the article.

To start, I took an aspect from our everyday life that we are familiar with, which in this case is a light bulb. This is because I believe that by simply changing our incandescent bulbs to fluorescent, we have taken an action to be kind to our environment.
